GRAND LAKE HOTEL RATE GUIDE
Individual rooms are $100 per night. Shared hallway bathrooms. Based on room not occupancy.
Suites, rooms 3 and 6 are $120 per night when configured. Room 3 has a queen size bed. Room 6 has a full size bed.
Event Rental Fees
3 Hour minimum
$300 First 3 hours
$50 Per additional hour
$100 Per hour over agreed time
$100 Cleaning on rentals over 3 hours and over 30 people.
$300 Security Large group,
alcohol, full party, more than 3 hours
$200 Security Small group,
lunch, dinner, no alcohol, less than 3 hours
We'll work with you and our rates to make your event a reality. Packages available for lodging and events.
All event rentals must be over by 11pm.
Facility Rentals that do not secure the hotel rooms must be over by 8pm.
If there are no room rental guests on site facility rental may end
at 11pm with additional fee.
Define start and stop time.
Cap on number of guests.
All guests sign in and paid in full on first day.
No fireworks to be discharged on property.
Maximum number of guests must match number of seats at tables.
Cocktail party maximum of 60 guests.
No smoking in the hotel or on the porch. That includes vaping.
Tennis Court is for the use of GLH guests. Tennis/pickelball only, proper footwear required.
