Alpena North on US 23 to the Hideaway Bar turn right onto East Grand Lake Road and travel 3.5 miles to the stop sign. Turning right at the stop sign keeps you on East Grand Lake Road. Travel 5.4 miles to Leavitt Drive and turn left. The Grand Lake Hotel will be on your left.

Highway 638 turn left. Make a slight right onto Highland Pines Road.
Turn right onto East Grand Lake Road and travel 1.2 miles to Leavitt
Drive. Turn right and the Grand Lake Hotel is on the left.
